عِيد ٱلْفِصْح (FEAST OF THE PASSOVER, THE)

يبدأ مساء اليوم الرابع عشر من الشهر الأول (Commenced the fourteenth of the first month at even)

دام سبعة أيام (Lasted seven days)

خروف الفصح يُؤكل في أول أيامه (Paschal lamb eaten first day of)

يؤكل الفطير فيه (Unleavened bread eaten at)

اليومان الأول والأخير: محافل مقدسة (First and last days of, holy convocations)

ٱلذَّبَائِحُ خِلَالَهُ (Sacrifices during)

تُقدَّم باكورة حزمة حصاد الشعير في اليوم التالي للسبت فيه (The first sheaf of barley harvest offered the day after the Sabbath in)

يُحفظ دائمًا في العصر الموسوي (To be perpetually observed during the Mosaic age)

يجب تعليم الأولاد طبيعته وغايته (Children to be taught the nature and design of)

التطهير لازم لحفظه على الوجه الصحيح (Purification necessary to the due observance of)

يجوز حفظه في الشهر الثاني للنجسين في الوقت المعيَّن (Might be kept in the second month by those who were unclean at the appointed time)

لا يحفظه غير المختون (No uncircumcised person to keep)

الغرباء والعبيد إذا اختتنوا يجوز لهم حفظه (Strangers and servants when circumcised might keep)

إهماله يُعاقب عليه بالموت (Neglect of, punished with death)

حفظه على غير وجهه يُعاقب عليه (Improper keeping of, punished)

حفظه موسى بالإيمان (Moses kept through faith)

كان المسيح يحفظه دائمًا (Christ always observed)

كان أهل أُورُشَلِيم يعيرون غرفهم للغرباء لأجله (The people of Jerusalem lent their rooms to strangers for)

أُسِّس عشاء الرب فيه (The Lord's Supper instituted at)

عادة إطلاق أسير فيه (Custom of releasing a prisoner at)

السبت فيه يوم عظيم (The Sabbath in, a high day)

اليوم السابق للسبت فيه يُسمّى الاستعداد (The day before the Sabbath in, called the preparation)
