ٱلتَّقْدِمَاتُ (MEAT-OFFERINGS)

كَانَتْ قُدْسَ أَقْدَاسٍ (Were most holy)

يُسْتَعْمَلُ مَعَهَا ٱلزَّيْتُ وَٱللُّبَانُ (Oil and incense used with)

تَقْدِمَةُ ٱلْغَيْرَةِ، بِلَا زَيْتٍ أَوْ لُبَانٍ (Of jealousy, without oil or incense)

تُمَلَّحُ دَائِمًا بِٱلْمِلْحِ (Always seasoned with salt)

لَا يُسْتَعْمَلُ ٱلْخَمِيرُ مَعَهَا (No leaven used with)

لَا تُقَدَّمُ عَلَى مَذْبَحِ ٱلْبَخُورِ (Not to be offered on altar of incense)

جُزْءٌ صَغِيرٌ مِنْهَا يُوقَدُ عَلَى ٱلْمَذْبَحِ تَذْكَارًا (A small part of, was consumed on the altar for a memorial)

إِذَا قُدِّمَتْ عَنْ كَاهِنٍ تُحْرَقُ كُلُّهَا بِٱلنَّارِ (When offered for a priest entirely consumed by fire)

كَانَ نَائِبُ رَئِيسِ ٱلْكَهَنَةِ يَتَوَلَّى أَمْرَهَا (High priest's deputy had care of)

تُحفظ في مخدع من مخادع الهيكل (Laid up in a chamber of the temple)

نَصِيبُ ٱلْكَاهِنِ (The priest's portion)

يَأْكُلُهَا ذُكُورُ بَيْتِ هَارُونَ وَحْدَهُمْ (To be eaten by the males of the house of Aaron alone)

تُؤْكَلُ فِي ٱلْمَكَانِ ٱلْمُقَدَّسِ (To be eaten in the holy place)

مَوَادُّ ٱلتَّقْدِمَاتِ ٱلْعَامَّةِ كَانَ ٱلرُّؤَسَاءُ يُقَدِّمُونَهَا كَثِيرًا (Materials for public, often provided by the princes)
