Strong's References
- H136 — אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây, ad-o-noy'): an emphatic form of אָדוֹן (ʼâdôwn) H113; the Lord (used as a proper name of God only); (my) Lord.
- H776 — אֶרֶץ (ʼerets, eh'-rets): from an unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land); [idiom] common, country, earth, field, ground, land, [idiom] natins, way, [phrase] wilderness, world.
- H1964 — הֵיכָל (hêykâl, hay-kawl'): probably from יָכֹל (yâkôl) H3201 (in the sense of capacity); a large public building, such as a palace or temple; palace, temple.
- H3069 — יְהֹוִה (Yᵉhôvih, yeh-ho-vee'): a variation of יְהֹוָה (Yᵉhôvâh) H3068 (used after אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây) H136, and pronounced by Jews as אֱלֹהִים (ʼĕlôhîym) H430, in order to prevent the repetition of the same sound, since they elsewhere pronounce יְהֹוָה (Yᵉhôvâh) H3068 as אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây) H136); YHWH; God.
- H4393 — מְלֹא (mᵉlôʼ, mel-o'): rarely מְלוֹא (mᵉlôwʼ); or מְלוֹ (mᵉlôw); (Ezekiel [41:8), from מָלֵא (mâlêʼ) H4390; fulness (literally or figuratively); [idiom] all along, [idiom] all that is (there-) in, fill, ([idiom] that whereof...was) full, fulness, (hand-) full, multitude.
- H5707 — עֵד (ʻêd, ayd): contracted from עוּד (ʻûwd) H5749; concretely, a witness; abstractly, testimony; specifically, a recorder, i.e. prince; witness.
- H5971 — עַם (ʻam, am): from עָמַם (ʻâmam) H6004; a people (as a congregated unit); specifically, a tribe (as those of Israel); hence (collectively) troops or attendants; figuratively, a flock; folk, men, nation, people.
- H6944 — קֹדֶשׁ (qôdesh, ko'-desh): from קָדַשׁ (qâdash) H6942; a sacred place or thing; rarely abstract, sanctity; consecrated (thing), dedicated (thing), hallowed (thing), holiness, ([idiom] most) holy ([idiom] day, portion, thing), saint, sanctuary.
- H7181 — קָשַׁב (qâshab, kaw-shab'): a primitive root; to prick up the ears, i.e. hearken; attend, (cause to) hear(-ken), give heed, incline, mark (well), regard.
- H8085 — שָׁמַע (shâmaʻ, shaw-mah'): a primitive root; to hear intelligently (often with implication of attention, obedience, etc.; causatively, to tell, etc.); [idiom] attentively, call (gather) together, [idiom] carefully, [idiom] certainly, consent, consider, be content, declare, [idiom] diligently, discern, give ear, (cause to, let, make to) hear(-ken, tell), [idiom] indeed, listen, make (a) noise, (be) obedient, obey, perceive, (make a) proclaim(-ation), publish, regard, report, shew (forth), (make a) sound, [idiom] surely, tell, understand, whosoever (heareth), witness.
The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Hebrew (Westminster Leningrad Codex) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:
- H1961 — הָיָה (hâyâh, haw-yaw): a primitive root (compare הָוָא (hâvâʼ) H1933); to exist, i.e. be or become, come to pass (always emphatic, and not a mere copula or auxiliary); beacon, [idiom] altogether, be(-come), accomplished, committed, like), break, cause, come (to pass), do, faint, fall, [phrase] follow, happen, [idiom] have, last, pertain, quit (one-) self, require, [idiom] use.
- H3605 — כֹּל (kôl, kole): or (Jeremiah 33:8) כּוֹל (kôwl); from כָּלַל (kâlal) H3634; properly, the whole; hence, all, any or every (in the singular only, but often in a plural sense); (in) all (manner, (ye)), altogether, any (manner), enough, every (one, place, thing), howsoever, as many as, (no-) thing, ought, whatsoever, (the) whole, whoso(-ever).
