Romans 9:13

← Romans 9:12 Romans 9:13 (KJV) Romans 9:14 →
It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

  • G2531 — καθώς (kathṓs, kath-oce'): from κατά (katá) G2596 and ὡς (hōs) G5613; just (or inasmuch) as, that; according to, (according, even) as, how, when
  • G3404 — μισέω (miséō, mis-eh'-o): from a primary μῖσος (mîsos) (hatred); to detest (especially to persecute); by extension, to love less; hate(-ful)
