Romans 11:29

← Romans 11:28 Romans 11:29 (KJV) Romans 11:30 →

For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

  • G2532 — καί (kaí, kahee): apparently, a primary particle, having a copulative and sometimes also a cumulative force; and, also, even, so then, too, etc.; often used in connection (or composition) with other particles or small words; and, also, both, but, even, for, if, or, so, that, then, therefore, when, yet
  • G2821 — κλῆσις (klēsis, klay'-sis): from a shorter form of καλέω (kaléō) G2564; an invitation (figuratively); calling
