Strong's References
- H1004 — בַּיִת (bayith, bah'-yith): probably from בָּנָה (bânâh) H1129 abbreviated; a house (in the greatest variation of applications, especially family, etc.); court, daughter, door, [phrase] dungeon, family, [phrase] forth of, [idiom] great as would contain, hangings, home(born), (winter) house(-hold), inside(-ward), palace, place, [phrase] prison, [phrase] steward, [phrase] tablet, temple, web, [phrase] within(-out).
- H1265 — בְּרוֹשׁ (bᵉrôwsh, ber-osh'): of uncertain derivation; a cypress (?) tree; hence, a lance or a musical instrument (as made of that wood); fir (tree).
- H2624 — חֲסִידָה (chăçîydâh, khas-ee-daw'): feminine of חָסִיד (châçîyd) H2623; the kind (maternal) bird, i.e. a stork; [idiom] feather, stork.
- H6833 — צִפּוֹר (tsippôwr, tsip-pore'): or צִפֹּר (tsippôr); from צָפַר (tsâphar) H6852; a little bird (as hopping); bird, fowl, sparrow.
- H7077 — קָנַן (qânan, kaw-nan'): a primitive root; to erect; but used only as denominative from קֵן (qên) H7064; to nestle, i.e. build or occupy as anest; make...nest.
The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Hebrew (Westminster Leningrad Codex) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:
- H834 — אֲשֶׁר (ʼăsher, ash-er'): a primitive relative pronoun (of every gender and number); who, which, what, that; also (as an adverb and a conjunction) when, where, how, because, in order that, etc.; [idiom] after, [idiom] alike, as (soon as), because, [idiom] every, for, [phrase] forasmuch, [phrase] from whence, [phrase] how(-soever), [idiom] if, (so) that ((thing) which, wherein), [idiom] though, [phrase] until, [phrase] whatsoever, when, where ([phrase] -as, -in, -of, -on, -soever, -with), which, whilst, [phrase] whither(-soever), who(-m, -soever, -se). As it is indeclinable, it is often accompanied by the personal pronoun expletively, used to show the connection.
- H8033 — שָׁם (shâm, shawm): a primitive particle (rather from the relative pronoun, אֲשֶׁר (ʼăsher) H834); there (transferring to time) then; often thither, or thence; in it, [phrase] thence, there (-in, [phrase] of, [phrase] out), [phrase] thither, [phrase] whither.
