|---|---|---|
Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
|
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
|
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

- G846 — αὐτός (autós, ow-tos'): from the particle αὖ (aû) (perhaps akin to the base of ἀήρ (aḗr) G109 through the idea of a baffling wind) (backward); the reflexive pronoun self, used (alone or in the comparative ἑαυτοῦ (heautoû) G1438) of the third person , and (with the proper personal pronoun) of the other persons; her, it(-self), one, the other, (mine) own, said, (self-), the) same, ((him-, my-, thy- )self, (your-)selves, she, that, their(-s), them(-selves), there(-at, - by, -in, -into, -of, -on, -with), they, (these) things, this (man), those, together, very, which. Compare αὑτοῦ (hautoû) G848.
- G866 — ἀφιλάργυρος (aphilárgyros, af-il-ar'-goo-ros): from Α (A) G1 (as a negative particle) and φιλάργυρος (philárgyros) G5366; unavaricious; without covetousness, not greedy of filthy lucre
- G1063 — γάρ (gár, gar): a primary particle; properly, assigning a reason (used in argument, explanation or intensification; often with other particles); and, as, because (that), but, even, for, indeed, no doubt, seeing, then, therefore, verily, what, why, yet

- G2046 — ἐρέω (eréō, er-eh'-o): probably a fuller form of ῥέω (rhéō) G4483; an alternate for ἔπω (épō) G2036 in certain tenses; to utter, i.e. speak or say; call, say, speak (of), tell
- G3364 — οὐ μή (ou mḗ, oo may): i.e. οὐ (ou) G3756 and μή (mḗ) G3361; a double negative strengthening the denial; not at all; any more, at all, by any (no) means, neither, never, no (at all), in no case (wise), nor ever, not (at all, in any wise). Compare μὴ οὐκ (mḕ ouk) G3378.

- G4571 — σέ (sé, seh): accusative case singular of σύ (sý) G4771; thee; thee, thou, X thy house
- G5158 — τρόπος (trópos, trop'-os): from the same as τροπή (tropḗ) G5157; a turn, i.e. (by implication) mode or style (especially with preposition or relative prefix as adverb, like); figuratively, deportment or character; (even) as, conversation, (+ like) manner, (+ by any) means, way
The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Greek (Textus Receptus, Scrivener 1894) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:
- G3361 — μή (mḗ, may): a primary particle of qualified negation (whereas οὐ (ou) G3756 expresses an absolute denial); (adverb) not, (conjunction) lest; also (as an interrogative implying a negative answer (whereas οὐ (ou) G3756 expects an affirmative one)) whether; any but (that), X forbear, + God forbid, + lack, lest, neither, never, no (X wise in), none, nor, (can-)not, nothing, that not, un(-taken), without.
