Strong's References
- H136 — אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây, ad-o-noy'): an emphatic form of אָדוֹן (ʼâdôwn) H113; the Lord (used as a proper name of God only); (my) Lord.
- H188 — אוֹי (ʼôwy, o'-ee): probably from אָוָה (ʼâvâh) H183 (in the sense of crying out after); lamentation; also interjectionally Oh!; alas, woe.
- H310 — אַחַר (ʼachar, akh-ar'): from אָחַר (ʼâchar) H309; properly, the hind part; generally used as an adverb or conjunction, after (in various senses); after (that, -ward), again, at, away from, back (from, -side), behind, beside, by, follow (after, -ing), forasmuch, from, hereafter, hinder end, [phrase] out (over) live, [phrase] persecute, posterity, pursuing, remnant, seeing, since, thence(-forth), when, with.
- H3069 — יְהֹוִה (Yᵉhôvih, yeh-ho-vee'): a variation of יְהֹוָה (Yᵉhôvâh) H3068 (used after אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây) H136, and pronounced by Jews as אֱלֹהִים (ʼĕlôhîym) H430, in order to prevent the repetition of the same sound, since they elsewhere pronounce יְהֹוָה (Yᵉhôvâh) H3068 as אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây) H136); YHWH; God.
- H5002 — נְאֻם (nᵉʼum, neh-oom'): from נָאַם (nâʼam) H5001; an oracle; (hath) said, saith.
- H7451 — רַע (raʻ, rah): from רָעַע (râʻaʻ) H7489; bad or (as noun) evil (natural or moral); adversity, affliction, bad, calamity, [phrase] displease(-ure), distress, evil((-favouredness), man, thing), [phrase] exceedingly, [idiom] great, grief(-vous), harm, heavy, hurt(-ful), ill (favoured), [phrase] mark, mischief(-vous), misery, naught(-ty), noisome, [phrase] not please, sad(-ly), sore, sorrow, trouble, vex, wicked(-ly, -ness, one), worse(-st), wretchedness, wrong. (Incl. feminine raaah; as adjective or noun.).
The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Hebrew (Westminster Leningrad Codex) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:
- H1961 — הָיָה (hâyâh, haw-yaw): a primitive root (compare הָוָא (hâvâʼ) H1933); to exist, i.e. be or become, come to pass (always emphatic, and not a mere copula or auxiliary); beacon, [idiom] altogether, be(-come), accomplished, committed, like), break, cause, come (to pass), do, faint, fall, [phrase] follow, happen, [idiom] have, last, pertain, quit (one-) self, require, [idiom] use.
- H3605 — כֹּל (kôl, kole): or (Jeremiah 33:8) כּוֹל (kôwl); from כָּלַל (kâlal) H3634; properly, the whole; hence, all, any or every (in the singular only, but often in a plural sense); (in) all (manner, (ye)), altogether, any (manner), enough, every (one, place, thing), howsoever, as many as, (no-) thing, ought, whatsoever, (the) whole, whoso(-ever).
