Psalms 75:9
| ← Psalms 75:8 | Psalms 75:9 (KJV) | Psalms 75:10 → |
|---|---|---|
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
|
But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
|
All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

- H5769 — עוֹלָם (ʻôwlâm, o-lawm'): or עֹלָם (ʻôlâm); from עָלַם (ʻâlam) H5956; properly, concealed, i.e. the vanishing point; generally, time out of mind (past or future), i.e. (practically) eternity; frequentatively, adverbial (especially with prepositional prefix) always; alway(-s), ancient (time), any more, continuance, eternal, (for, (n-)) ever(-lasting, -more, of old), lasting, long (time), (of) old (time), perpetual, at any time, (beginning of the) world ([phrase] without end).
