|---|---|---|
And the LORD said, I have pardoned according to thy word:
|
But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD.
|
Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;

Strong's References
- H199 — אוּלָם (ʼûwlâm, oo-lawm'): apparently a variation of אוּלַי (ʼûwlay) H194; however or on the contrary; as for, but, howbeit, in very deed, surely, truly, wherefore.
- H776 — אֶרֶץ (ʼerets, eh'-rets): from an unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land); [idiom] common, country, earth, field, ground, land, [idiom] natins, way, [phrase] wilderness, world.
- H2416 — חַי (chay, khah'-ee): from חָיָה (châyâh) H2421; alive; hence, raw (flesh); fresh (plant, water, year), strong; also (as noun, especially in the feminine singular and masculine plural) life (or living thing), whether literally or figuratively; [phrase] age, alive, appetite, (wild) beast, company, congregation, life(-time), live(-ly), living (creature, thing), maintenance, [phrase] merry, multitude, [phrase] (be) old, quick, raw, running, springing, troop.
- H3068 — יְהֹוָה (Yᵉhôvâh, yeh-ho-vaw'): from הָיָה (hâyâh) H1961; (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God; Jehovah, the Lord. Compare יָהּ (Yâhh) H3050, יְהֹוִה (Yᵉhôvih) H3069.
- H3519 — כָּבוֹד (kâbôwd, kaw-bode'): rarely כָּבֹד (kâbôd); from כָּבַד (kâbad) H3513; properly, weight, but only figuratively in a good sense, splendor or copiousness; glorious(-ly), glory, honour(-able).
- H4390 — מָלֵא (mâlêʼ, maw-lay'): or מָלָא (mâlâʼ); (Esther 7:5), a primitive root; to fill or (intransitively) be full of, in a wide application (literally and figuratively); accomplish, confirm, [phrase] consecrate, be at an end, be expired, be fenced, fill, fulfil, (be, become, [idiom] draw, give in, go) full(-ly, -ly set, tale), (over-) flow, fulness, furnish, gather (selves, together), presume, replenish, satisfy, set, space, take a (hand-) full, [phrase] have wholly.
The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Hebrew (Westminster Leningrad Codex) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:
- H589 — אֲנִי (ʼănîy, an-ee'): contracted from אָנֹכִי (ʼânôkîy) H595; I; I, (as for) me, mine, myself, we, [idiom] which, [idiom] who.
- H853 — אֵת (ʼêth, ayth): apparent contracted from אוֹת (ʼôwth) H226 in the demonstrative sense of entity; properly, self (but generally used to point out more definitely the object of a verb or preposition, even or namely); (as such unrepresented in English).
- H3605 — כֹּל (kôl, kole): or (Jeremiah 33:8) כּוֹל (kôwl); from כָּלַל (kâlal) H3634; properly, the whole; hence, all, any or every (in the singular only, but often in a plural sense); (in) all (manner, (ye)), altogether, any (manner), enough, every (one, place, thing), howsoever, as many as, (no-) thing, ought, whatsoever, (the) whole, whoso(-ever).
