  • H182 — אוֹדוֹת (ʼôwdôwth, o-doth'): or (shortened) אֹדוֹת (ʼôdôwth) (only thus in the plural); from the same as אוּד (ʼûwd) H181; turnings (i.e. occasions); (adverb) on account of; (be-) cause, concerning, sake.
  • H802 — אִשָּׁה (ʼishshâh, ish-shaw'): feminine of אִישׁ (ʼîysh) H376 or אֱנוֹשׁ (ʼĕnôwsh) H582; irregular plural, נָשִׁים (nâshîym);(used in the same wide sense as אֱנוֹשׁ (ʼĕnôwsh) H582); a woman; (adulter) ess, each, every, female, [idiom] many, [phrase] none, one, [phrase] together, wife, woman. Often unexpressed in English.
  • H1696 — דָבַר (dâbar, daw-bar'): a primitive root; perhaps properly, to arrange; but used figuratively (of words), to speak; rarely (in a destructive sense) to subdue; answer, appoint, bid, command, commune, declare, destroy, give, name, promise, pronounce, rehearse, say, speak, be spokesman, subdue, talk, teach, tell, think, use (entreaties), utter, [idiom] well, [idiom] work.

  • H3947 — לָקַח (lâqach, law-kakh'): a primitive root; to take (in the widest variety of applications); accept, bring, buy, carry away, drawn, fetch, get, infold, [idiom] many, mingle, place, receive(-ing), reserve, seize, send for, take (away, -ing, up), use, win.
  • H4813 — מִרְיָם (Miryâm, meer-yawm'): from מְרִי (mᵉrîy) H4805; rebelliously; Mirjam, the name of two Israelitesses; Miriam.

  • H834 — אֲשֶׁר (ʼăsher, ash-er'): a primitive relative pronoun (of every gender and number); who, which, what, that; also (as an adverb and a conjunction) when, where, how, because, in order that, etc.; [idiom] after, [idiom] alike, as (soon as), because, [idiom] every, for, [phrase] forasmuch, [phrase] from whence, [phrase] how(-soever), [idiom] if, (so) that ((thing) which, wherein), [idiom] though, [phrase] until, [phrase] whatsoever, when, where ([phrase] -as, -in, -of, -on, -soever, -with), which, whilst, [phrase] whither(-soever), who(-m, -soever, -se). As it is indeclinable, it is often accompanied by the personal pronoun expletively, used to show the connection.
  • H3588 — כִּי (kîy, kee): a primitive particle (the full form of the prepositional prefix) indicating causal relations of all kinds, antecedent or consequent; (by implication) very widely used as a relative conjunction or adverb (as below); often largely modified by other particles annexed; and, + (forasmuch, inasmuch, where-) as, assured(-ly), + but, certainly, doubtless, + else, even, + except, for, how, (because, in, so, than) that, + nevertheless, now, rightly, seeing, since, surely, then, therefore, + (al-) though, + till, truly, + until, when, whether, while, whom, yea, yet.
