Strong's References
  • G846 — αὐτός (autós, ow-tos'): from the particle αὖ (aû) (perhaps akin to the base of ἀήρ (aḗr) G109 through the idea of a baffling wind) (backward); the reflexive pronoun self, used (alone or in the comparative ἑαυτοῦ (heautoû) G1438) of the third person , and (with the proper personal pronoun) of the other persons; her, it(-self), one, the other, (mine) own, said, (self-), the) same, ((him-, my-, thy- )self, (your-)selves, she, that, their(-s), them(-selves), there(-at, - by, -in, -into, -of, -on, -with), they, (these) things, this (man), those, together, very, which. Compare αὑτοῦ (hautoû) G848.
  • G1537 — ἐκ (ek, ek): a primary preposition denoting origin (the point whence action or motion proceeds), from, out (of place, time, or cause; literal or figurative; direct or remote); after, among, X are, at, betwixt(-yond), by (the means of), exceedingly, (+ abundantly above), for(- th), from (among, forth, up), + grudgingly, + heartily, X heavenly, X hereby, + very highly, in, …ly, (because, by reason) of, off (from), on, out among (from, of), over, since, X thenceforth, through, X unto, X vehemently, with(-out). Often used in composition, with the same general import; often of completion.
  • G2089 — ἔτι (éti, et'-ee): perhaps akin to ἔτος (étos) G2094; "yet," still (of time or degree); after that, also, ever, (any) further, (t-)henceforth (more), hereafter, (any) longer, (any) more(-one), now, still, yet
  • G3004 — λέγω (légō, leg'-o): a primary verb; properly, to "lay" forth, i.e. (figuratively) relate (in words (usually of systematic or set discourse; whereas ἔπω (épō) G2036 and φημί (phēmí) G5346 generally refer to an individual expression or speech respectively; while ῥέω (rhéō) G4483 is properly to break silence merely, and λαλέω (laléō) G2980 means an extended or random harangue)); by implication, to mean; ask, bid, boast, call, describe, give out, name, put forth, say(-ing, on), shew, speak, tell, utter
  • G3450 — μοῦ (moû, moo): the simpler form of ἐμοῦ (emoû) G1700; of me; I, me, mine (own), my
  • G3495 — νεανίσκος (neanískos, neh-an-is'-kos): from the same as νεανίας (neanías) G3494; a youth (under forty); young man
  • G3503 — νεότης (neótēs, neh-ot'-ace): from νέος (néos) G3501; newness, i.e. youthfulness; youth
  • G3956 — πᾶς (pâs, pas): including all the forms of declension; apparently a primary word; all, any, every, the whole; all (manner of, means), alway(-s), any (one), X daily, + ever, every (one, way), as many as, + no(-thing), X thoroughly, whatsoever, whole, whosoever
  • G5023 — ταῦτα (taûta, tow'-tah): nominative or accusative case neuter plural of οὗτος (hoûtos) G3778; these things; + afterward, follow, + hereafter, X him, the same, so, such, that, then, these, they, this, those, thus
  • G5101 — τίς (tís, tis): probably emphatic of τὶς (tìs) G5100; an interrogative pronoun, who, which or what (in direct or indirect questions); every man, how (much), + no(-ne, thing), what (manner, thing), where (-by, -fore, -of, -unto, - with, -withal), whether, which, who(-m, -se), why
  • G5302 — ὑστερέω (hysteréō, hoos-ter-eh'-o): from ὕστερος (hýsteros) G5306; to be later, i.e. (by implication) to be inferior; generally, to fall short (be deficient); come behind (short), be destitute, fail, lack, suffer need, (be in) want, be the worse
  • G5442 — φυλάσσω (phylássō, foo-las'-so): probably from φυλή (phylḗ) G5443 through the idea of isolation; to watch, i.e. be on guard (literally of figuratively); by implication, to preserve, obey, avoid; beward, keep (self), observe, save. Compare τηρέω (tēréō) G5083.

The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Greek (Textus Receptus, Scrivener 1894) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:

  • G3588 — ὁ (ho, ho): the definite article; the (sometimes to be supplied, at others omitted, in English idiom); the, this, that, one, he, she, it, etc
