- H582 — אֱנוֹשׁ (ʼĕnôwsh, en-oshe'): from אָנַשׁ (ʼânash) H605; properly, a mortal (and thus differing from the more dignified אָדָם (ʼâdâm) H120); hence; a man in general (singly or collectively); another, [idiom] (blood-) thirsty, certain, chap(-man); divers, fellow, [idiom] in the flower of their age, husband, (certain, mortal) man, people, person, servant, some ([idiom] of them), [phrase] stranger, those, [phrase] their trade. It is often unexpressed in the English versions, especially when used in apposition with another word. Compare אִישׁ (ʼîysh) H376.
- H2396 — חִזְקִיָּה (Chizqîyâh, khiz-kee-yaw'): or חִזְקִיָּהוּ (Chizqîyâhûw); also יְחִזְקִיָּה (Yᵉchizqîyâh); or יְחִזְקִיָּהוּ (Yᵉchizqîyâhûw); from חָזַק (châzaq) H2388 and יָהּ (Yâhh) H3050; strengthened of Jah; Chizkijah, a king of Judah, also the name of two other Israelites; Hezekiah, Hizkiah, Hizkijah. Compare יְחִזְקִיָּה (Yᵉchizqîyâh) H3169.
- H3063 — יְהוּדָה (Yᵉhûwdâh, yeh-hoo-daw'): from יָדָה (yâdâh) H3034; celebrated; Jehudah (or Judah), the name of five Israelites; also of the tribe descended from the first, and of its territory; Judah.
- H4428 — מֶלֶךְ (melek, meh'-lek): from מָלַךְ (mâlak) H4427; a king; king, royal.
- H4912 — מָשָׁל (mâshâl, maw-shawl'): apparently from מָשַׁל (mâshal) H4910 in some original sense of superiority in mental action; properly, a pithy maxim, usually of metaphorical nature; hence, a simile (as an adage, poem, discourse); byword, like, parable, proverb.
- H6275 — עָתַק (ʻâthaq, aw-thak'): a primitive root; to remove (intransitive or transitive) figuratively, to grow old; specifically, to transcribe; copy out, leave off, become (wax) old, remove.
- H8010 — שְׁלֹמֹה (Shᵉlômôh, shel-o-mo'): from שָׁלוֹם (shâlôwm) H7965; peaceful; Shelomah, David's successor; Solomon.
The following Strong's numbers are referenced in the Hebrew (Westminster Leningrad Codex) text but were not explicitly tagged in the KJV source:
- H376 — אִישׁ (ʼîysh, eesh): contracted for אֱנוֹשׁ (ʼĕnôwsh) H582 (or perhaps rather from an unused root meaning to be extant); a man as an individual or a male person; often used as an adjunct to a more definite term (and in such cases frequently not expressed in translation); also, another, any (man), a certain, [phrase] champion, consent, each, every (one), fellow, (foot-, husband-) man, (good-, great, mighty) man, he, high (degree), him (that is), husband, man(-kind), [phrase] none, one, people, person, [phrase] steward, what (man) soever, whoso(-ever), worthy. Compare אִשָּׁה (ʼishshâh) H802.
- H428 — אֵלֶּה (ʼêl-leh, ale'-leh): prolonged from אֵל (ʼêl) H411; these or those; an-(the) other; one sort, so, some, such, them, these (same), they, this, those, thus, which, who(-m).
- H834 — אֲשֶׁר (ʼăsher, ash-er'): a primitive relative pronoun (of every gender and number); who, which, what, that; also (as an adverb and a conjunction) when, where, how, because, in order that, etc.; [idiom] after, [idiom] alike, as (soon as), because, [idiom] every, for, [phrase] forasmuch, [phrase] from whence, [phrase] how(-soever), [idiom] if, (so) that ((thing) which, wherein), [idiom] though, [phrase] until, [phrase] whatsoever, when, where ([phrase] -as, -in, -of, -on, -soever, -with), which, whilst, [phrase] whither(-soever), who(-m, -soever, -se). As it is indeclinable, it is often accompanied by the personal pronoun expletively, used to show the connection.
- H1571 — גַּם (gam, gam): by contraction from an unused root meaning to gather; properly, assemblage; used only adverbially also, even, yea, though; often repeated as correl. both...and; again, alike, also, (so much) as (soon), both (so)...and, but, either...or, even, for all, (in) likewise (manner), moreover, nay...neither, one, then(-refore), though, what, with, yea.
