Ezekiel 34:15
| ← Ezekiel 34:14 | Ezekiel 34:15 (KJV) | Ezekiel 34:16 → |
|---|---|---|
I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.
|
I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.
|
I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

Strong's References
- H136 — אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây, ad-o-noy'): an emphatic form of אָדוֹן (ʼâdôwn) H113; the Lord (used as a proper name of God only); (my) Lord.
- H3069 — יְהֹוִה (Yᵉhôvih, yeh-ho-vee'): a variation of יְהֹוָה (Yᵉhôvâh) H3068 (used after אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây) H136, and pronounced by Jews as אֱלֹהִים (ʼĕlôhîym) H430, in order to prevent the repetition of the same sound, since they elsewhere pronounce יְהֹוָה (Yᵉhôvâh) H3068 as אֲדֹנָי (ʼĂdônây) H136); YHWH; God.
- H5002 — נְאֻם (nᵉʼum, neh-oom'): from נָאַם (nâʼam) H5001; an oracle; (hath) said, saith.
- H6629 — צֹאן (tsôʼn, tsone): or צאוֹן (tsʼôwn); (Psalm 144:13), from an unused root meaning to migrate; a collective name for a flock (of sheep or goats); also figuratively (of men); (small) cattle, flock ([phrase] -s), lamb ([phrase] -s), sheep(-cote, -fold, -shearer, -herds).
- H7257 — רָבַץ (râbats, raw-bats'): a primitive root; to crouch (on all four legs folded, like a recumbent animal); be implication, to recline, repose, brood, lurk, imbed; crouch (down), fall down, make a fold, lay, (cause to, make to) lie (down), make to rest, sit.
- H7462 — רָעָה (râʻâh, raw-aw'): a primitive root; to tend a flock; i.e. pasture it; intransitively, to graze (literally or figuratively); generally to rule; by extension, to associate with (as a friend); [idiom] break, companion, keep company with, devour, eat up, evil entreat, feed, use as a friend, make friendship with, herdman, keep (sheep) (-er), pastor, [phrase] shearing house, shepherd, wander, waste.
